Great app and great driver
First time using the app and I was ver pleased. Anwar was on time, actually a bit early :). Very pleasant and we chatted on the way to the airport. Definitely recommend this app and, if possible, I would request Anwar.
App issue
App automatically cancels ride if you exit the application but hold on account will still be there. Results in multiple holds & multiple attempts to book for one ride if you accidentally close the app.

We have tested and cannot replicate the issue you are describing.
The closest we could find to the description is after booking, if you kill the application then then open the app again, it defaults to the main booking page (not displaying an active ride, but allowing a secondary booking). You can see the active ride which remains in the system and app by clicking Menu > Your Rides > Then selecting the active or scheduled booking from the list(s).
driver ID shown on app as opposed to car ID
The app has had a glitch recently where the number on the top of the car is not displayed but instead it’s the drivers ID which is not easily displayed anywhere on the outside of the car. this makes it hard to identify the cab and makes me weary to use the CC feature because I’ve had people snag my cab with my card attached before. This needs to be fixed.
