Still waiting for my money
My very first deposit I sent $100... I received an email that the money was deposited.. wasn’t the case. So I contacted them they said that I did not send it right and I’m 2-3 business days it would be sent back to my account.
When that didn’t happen I contacted them again. Still telling me to wait a few more days. Well it’s been almost two weeks. Contact them again and they want me to send them all my banking information copy of my statements all that stuff. Which I get so they can make sure I’m not lying but they should be able to follow their own paper trail I don’t trust sending them that personal information if they can’t track down where my money went. I’m not loosing anymore.

We, of course, understand your concern when the first deposit made does not successfully settle in your account.
You need to be 100% sure that you entered the exact same amount twice (in the start of the deposit and on your bank account) and also remembered to copy the code you got in the end into your bank account - if this is not done 100% correctly, the money will be reserved on your bank account and turn back eventually (even though you receive a confirmation mail from Interac / GIGADAT)
2 weeks is an extraordinarily long time for this to be resolved. Our team is available 24/7 on live chat to assist you should the funds return back to your account, however, to escalate these cases and locate the funds effectively we will require information from yourself accordingly.

USE TO Love it
They are fast at withdrawing and give such a large selection for games! Love that app option as well! was 5 star until they stopped allowing me to login and keep asking for verification when i have sent them it multiple times and haven’t approved or even communicated to me! it’s been OVER A YEAR AND NOT A WORD. i know i had 600$ in my account
