This version fixes two issues: a user could not successfully log in to an account using an email and the last Category was not fully accessible if the user needed to scroll to the that Category.

Horrible
I can’t believe the Children’s hospital in ottawa approved this app. It should have zero stars. It randomly logs you out. Asks for patient ID randomly. Takes 2-3 minutes for each screen to load. It loads in Spanish even though English is selected.
Absolutely terrible
Took 4 days to get me added to the app to be able to order…. Then it takes roughly 5 minutes for the app to load every time you open it. Then, IF it opens without crashing, takes forever to load the menus. Once your food is selected, good luck trying to place the order… app crashes and kicks you back out to start all over again. Took 52 minutes to order a Caesar salad and a muffin. Could have made them both from scratch faster.
Waste of time and resources
I want to give this app…no star. If you are about to download this, stop. Don’t waste your time. This app does not work.
Just call the cafeteria directly. It will go to voicemail but it is still 100x more reliable than this app. Even I, who dislikes phone calls and dislikes voicemails with a passion, resorted to ordering the food by phone every time, because trying to use this app was so excruciating.
I hope CHEO Ottawa gets rid of this app because it only adds to the stress of the parents of sick kids. It is also unfortunate that hospital resources are being wasted on marketing this app.
