PLEASE MAKE THIS APP ACCESSIBLE FOR SMALLER SCREENS

I’ll preface this by saying I have a smaller than average phone (iPhone SE), and am a UX designer. I have a high tolerance for poorly designed apps and sites, but draw the line when I actually cannot use the app as designed. Please make the app responsive for smaller screen sizes or offer scrolling or zoom options if this is not possible. Also please test your app on users, clearly there is dissatisfaction, and this app is not meeting customer expectations.
1. OVERLAPPING BUTTONS - The “Scan” button is directly on top of the button to add vouchers, with no ability to scroll so that they do not overlap. This makes it extremely difficult to add vouchers, as the button target size is a mere sliver and not an appropriate size.
2. TEXT FIELD SIZE - When entering a voucher code after finally accessing the function, the text field is not wide enough for the user to see what they have typed. If you expect me to enter a 9-character code, I want to know what I entered.
3. VOUCHER CONFIRMATION - There is no real confirmation message after entering vouchers, only a “please play again”, rather than a clear message telling the user if they have won or not, or if their code was received.
4. TRANSFERRING POINTS - Transferring my points from Fivestar, I literally could not submit the form as the button was off of the screen with no ability to scroll. I needed to use my boyfriend’s larger phone to download the app, log in again, and refill the form to submit it.
5. FEEDBACK - A prompt to provide feedback popped up just as I was about to pay, forcing me to close the prompt. Afterwards, I looked for the option to provide feedback, and there is no option that I could find. This needed to write this public scathing review.
6. General usability and visual design issues include: CTA to close overlays are not pinned forcing the user to scroll to the top, menu with pictures of drinks don’t actually have pictures or all options, slow load times (not just on my phone), app crashes often, dead page links (FAQ option from settings is a dead link), location pins are pixelated and stretched, and weird interactions with a combo of overlays, tab, and scrollable content can leave the user looking at a blank screen.
6. The baristas seem to have issues in interfacing with the app and their POS system, 2/2 of my in-person purchases since downloading this app have involved a visibly confused and flustered employee needing to scan and re-scan my card, and not understanding why the systems aren’t working as intended. Please provide support for these people and ensure that your systems work seamlessly together.
I would have provided screenshots but it is not an option here. Please reach out for further detail or info. I’ve been a Chatime customer for a long time and truly want this app to work well.

Bug fixes please

There are so many things wrong with the app. One being that the app crashes 2 seconds after launch. Many important features are missing

Its great!

I prefer the previous rewards system like going platinum and receiving a personal physical card in the mail, and you'll never be able to lose your status, but now it appears that you have to spend a certain amount/year to maintain your level. Although it sucks for us, I can understand it from a business/financial standpoint. The app works alright though, no glitches, its just SLOW. My Fivestar points switched over smoothly. But, I feel like they should also make it more appealing. Its kinda confusing to use with all these ads appearing and multiple tool bars.
