It's only good for travel one-way

The app insists your starting point is the current location of your iPad, and that is not very accurate, either.

In order to pre-book your return trip you need to call or use website.

It’s 2018

Call me spoiled, but I expect apps to mostly work. GPS is always off, payment through the app never works, cancelled pick-ups never go away and the ETAs are hit and miss. There’s really no comparison to Uber’s experience.

Very misleading.

I booked a cab the night before for. 6:45 AM pick up. They didn’t send a cab until 6:40. Then the app indicates the car that picked it up was 3 minutes away. I can tell from the map he is 15 minutes away. So the cab showed up 10 minutes late. I might as well have booked an Uber and saved the money.
