After months of research and development, the idea came to life. The institution successfully processed numerous orders and modernized wholesale distribution by utilizing a dedicated website and all available social media platforms to connect with its customers, who are active in the mobile phone and IT sectors. This allowed the institution to provide a wide range of related products and open up vast opportunities for customer shopping—what is known as **e-commerce**. All of this happened **before** the enactment of the e-commerce regulation law. Later, due to certain circumstances, the institution suspended its electronic services for an extended period, causing frustration and dissatisfaction among many customers who appreciated the approach.
