Worst app
Can’t download the book. Charged me multiple times for trying to restore purchase. No link between iPad and iPhone. Worst app all around. Waste of time and money

Apple ensure that you will not be charged multiple times for the same in-app purchase, also if you are signed into the same Apple account on iPad and iPhone you will be able to restore the purchases on both devices. Alternatively you can manually transfer the files using a computer. There has been a recent issue regarding restoring and purchasing but this has now been fixed.
Bugged - Purchased book not downloaded to my book list
I purchased the book Coach Yourself and the book was not downloaded. The page of contact support says not available. So, I have 24 dollars gone because I have no book Fix it.
