Enter the Chimp Fu tower and begin your training. Each level begins with a lesson that explains a different type of syllable.
After your training, practice chopping up giant hotdogs and vegetables to split words into their syllable chunks.
At the end of the level, have fun playing the Gorilla Challenge to earn your headband and test your Chimp Fu skills.
As you climb the tower levels, the words become tougher but you will learn to recognise every syllable type, improving reading ability. Get a giant boost to reading confidence as you advance from simple cvc-cvc words to being able to read long multi-syllable words.
Children benefit from learning to recognise and split syllables from 6+ years.

Freezes - please update!
It looks like a great app for teaching kids how to break words into syllables - but I can't tell b/c it freezes shortly after it opening. After paying for and installing the app, I received a warning that it may slow the performance of my iPad and that developer needs to update the app. Don't buy this unless it is updated.
