Description

CJKV Dict (中日韓越辭典) is a smart multilingual dictionary for learners of Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese. It returns results in Chinese characters (漢字, called "Hànzì" in Mandarin Chinese, "Kanji" in Japanese, "Hanja" in Korean and "Hán tự" in Vietnamese) in all four languages, and automatically converts simplified Chinese characters and simplified Kanji (Shinjitai) to traditional Chinese characters.

Beautiful Masterpiece ❤️

This app is really useful. The macOS/iOS dictionary cannot show search results in dictionaries from mainland China, Japan and Vietnam due to the abolish of traditional Chinese characters in these regions. This app really saves the time as I no longer need to go to Wiktionary every time I see something not in standard traditional Chinese characters. You accomplished the goal of 「書同文」. :) Is it okay to ask you to design a version of this app so the UI is in traditional Chinese? Thank you!

Fascinating, time saving, does everything it promises

This app is a lifesaver on time and clicking for trying to compare characters across the languages, especially useful app. Switching back and forth between the languages beautifully it is incredible to. To have to go to never hanja dict etcetc all separately to start any research. thank you!!!! My Korean vocab is improving, I’ve now developed a previously unknown interest in Vietnamese. I’m picking up kanji based Japanese words, I’m better understanding connections between the languages and culturally how they use(d) the characters.
