Inconsistent

When it works it’s great and super easy to navigate. Unfortunately I have to delete the app and reinstall it after a couple uses. It will give some variation of “unable to load”. Sadly, I alway forget it’s the app, try a few times then await and try again a few times, then delete the app and start over. Then it works again.

Issues as of late

I used this in the past with out any incident, but lately it seems the funds doesn’t update properly and I have to reinstall the app. This has happened 2 times in the past year. The only 2 times I’ve used it in the past year. Before I never had this issue.

Most non-user friendly app

Doesn't let you upload documents.

And when uploading a picture there is an error without any explanation.
