Ok. Could use improvement

The cameras stop recording for no reason on a regular basis. Defeats the purpose of having cameras in the first place. Notifications pop up and cover a large portion of the screen so you can’t see what the motion is. Good app and cameras when working properly tho.

Don’t Waste Your Time

Gimmick. Had to replace unit due to camera/image being very blurred.
Playback runs for 5 seconds then stops. Communicated with help desk and advised “don’t know what’s wrong, don’t know how we can fix it.
Sound is very distorted and unusable.

Works for 2 weeks then suddenly stops

Since we have installed the doorbell and app, we keep having problems with the app. It will work great for 2-3 weeks. Then all of a sudden, it won’t show any alerts on our phones, even though they are enabled on the app and in our notification centre. It has also stopped recording ANY activity on these dates until I uninstall the app, reboot my phone, and reinstall onto my phone. The last couple times it did this it would at least still record activity and if I went into the app I could view the clips. I have a 6S with the latest update.
