Service was amazing!

Clear and to the point. Since I live in a remote location, where we only have a small clinic, and usually do not have personnel available that can write prescriptions. Hence, this service is great, and saves a lot of hassle, for something so trivial, such as getting a prescription.

Glitchy app

The video connection to doc seems to fail regularly. When it does, the provider simply moves onto the next patient rather than call you. The only choice is to go back to the end of the line. If I wanted a Kafkaesque experience, I could simply go to a walk-in clinic.
