In addition to allowing your employees to view their shifts and clock in/out directly on their phones, CLOCK calculates your establishment's payroll ratio in real-time. This key information allows you to quickly decide whether you need to reduce or increase the size of the team in place. and thus maximize the cost/benefit balance of your establishment.
