Does not work on iPhone 11

I am unable to add device(CCTVs) on the app as the screen resolution on app does not match my phone. The top bar is hidden on the app on iphone 11 but works on iphone 6.

App crash on i phone

New update on this app crash as soon as you start streaming live.
I am using iphone and updated the app with recent update but it crashed.

Please fix the bug/error
