The app is glitchy

This app would have been convenient if it is working. It keeps on popping unknown error every time I tried to press wash my car. It was so disappointing because I was already next in line on the location. I tried logging out, reinstalled, restarted my phone but nothing seemed to work. Good thing I have someone with me and we tried installing it on his phone and it worked.
Then the next day I re-installed it again on my phone. It seemed to be working but the app showed I reached my monthly limit which supposedly 4 washes. However, I had only used 2 washes. What do I do about it? There was not even a help support link on the app nor any FAQs. This app is not reliable.

Location doesn’t work

I can be sitting right at the car wash and anyone’s guess as to whether it will give me a “wash my car” button or tell me to Navigate to the car wash. I can’t navigate if I’m already there. GPS location in other apps is just fine. Restart a few times and randomly it’ll work. Super frustrating given I’m paying for a service.

Not working

Experiencing issues with the car wash app—keeps crashing and won't generate a code, even though logged in. Waited 45 minutes in line, and when trying to generate the code, it says the device isn't associated with the account, despite using the same phone two hours prior for a wash with my two subscriptions for the day. It shows only one used and asks if I want to use my subscription. Frustrating!
