Version 7.0

With this major redesign to the Coach USA app, we have enabled it to support great new features and functionality that we look forward to bringing you in the future. If you have used the previous Coach USA app here are a few helpful tips:

1) The quick link to your existing tickets is now in the top right of the screen instead of the bottom right.

2) You will need to log into your Coach USA account again to access your existing tickets.

Just brutal

Cash only or a brutal app, note to Canadians that postal codes need to be upper case and with a space… missed the bus finding that out

Worst company

This company is actually stupid, you can only buy tickets online or in person cash at Newark airport. The online service doesn’t work, so you’re forced to buy it with cash. Let alone that people entering the country may not have cash on them but it has to be EXACT on top of that. So good luck finding an atm. The drivers literally don’t know how to deal with this stupid situation. Its 2023, how about paying with a credit card???
