Great app but needs more customer service response
It took more than 2 weeks to get my account back after quite a few back and forths
Was banned because someone thought I was underage and had to give valid ID to get my account back.
It is very good that they are serious about keeping young people off the site!! So the fact that I was banned was not an issue at all. It was how long it took to finally get my account back that sucked.
Just keep in mind you may have to send a few emails every other day to get support, other than that I love this app. Tons of cool people to talk to
