Does not work and support does not reply

I bought a few hundred dollars worth of products from a website that had an offer on the app and ensure I had my card linked and everything. After a few weeks nothing was updated in my wallet so I sent multiple emails to support but no replies at all. Sent the receipt, confirmation email of purchase, used the products but still nothing.
