The load is insanely slow it’s impossible to use the app
It takes forever to load the app and to connect to a device. It’s very frustrating considering it’s the only option available to control the lighting.
I cannot turn on or off lights through the app either without trying so many times. Please reconsider designing the app. The load time is unbearably slow and it makes no sense that I have to open and close the app so many times for it to get to the home-screen and when it does load the home-screen, there is no guarantee that the on/off buttons or customizations would work.
what happened to this app?
i tried to use it today and the app wouldn’t open, i uninstalled and reinstalled it to find an extremely downgraded version of what the app used to be. i can’t even get my previous customizations back after having to delete the app.
the swiping function and colour customization is non existent. you can now only customize static colour and there seems to be no more ways to create custom effects from scratch per bulb.
feeling cheated & features that i paid for this device for have been taken away.
Very frustrating
The lights are great but its a shame that its THE WORST APP THAT I EVER USED. Its just so frustrating, I can't use my light whenever I want because of the app is never working, never loading into my acount. Find another product with better app to use or you will be as frustrating as me right now.
