Unable to receive NETCODE after update

I updated the app and for some reason I saw two app icons on my phone so I proceeded to delete one of the icons but shockingly the two app icons went missing, meaning the app was gone.
I redownloaded the app and it asked me to log in using a netcode but I have never been able to receive any net codes anymore since then. I called customer device multiple times only to be frustrated. I used to be able to be receive netcode on this phone prior to the update.
If you are thinking about updating your app, think twice now!

New Update is Horrible

The new app refresh is bad. What happened to my customising your wallpapers? All I see is bright ugly yellow now. Why did you fix something that wasn’t broken?
