No cellular service than can’t really use the ap

The idea is gray but if you could start a report without cellular service and have the ap still record your location and still be able to submit the photos this would be helpful. Many violations happen where there is no cellular service

Developer Response ,

the app will queue reports while your out of cell service and send them once you return to service
