Every time device settings is selected the app shuts down. Same on ipad and iphone. Tried restarting both devices, reset furnace power, still does not work.

When my new furnace was installed, it ran at a very high fan speed, which was loud and produced a chilling effect even though the furnace was sending heat. The installer did nothing to match the performance of the furnace with my small house. After reading the owner's manual carefully, I saw that CoolCloudHVAC could help with my problem (via Bluetooth). And it did! I found I could control how it fires up, what percentage fan speed it uses in the main sequence and how it slows down in the shut down sequence. In 4 years, my furnace hasn't "forgotten" my settings through power outages and storms. I really think the pros should be making these adjustments, not me, but the technicians at the company I use are not aware (apparently) that the furnace operation parameters are not fixed in stone. I would appreciate a "how to" manual in the app, but I would appreciate it even more if the companies made good use of the app. After all, the circuit board in my furnace looks like it could send 10 Apollos to the Moon.

Got two amana furnaces installed and not say they need to be updated. After clicking update in goes through the update and then when I press done wants to update again. Can’t setup the furnaces. Instruction manual says there are dip switches but my model doesn’t have them and requires the app. Very frustrating!!
