It’s only in danish, there’s no English. Won’t let me translate.

If you are on the starting page of the app where you sign up: in the bottom right-hand corner you can change the language from Danish to English.
If you are signed into the app with your NemID: in the top left-hand corner press the three lines, then select Indstillinger (settings) and then you can change the language from Danish to English.
