The CRAFTSMAN® myQ App allows you to easily open, close, or check the status of your garage door from anywhere using your mobile device. The CRAFTSMAN® myQ app supports myQ-enabled CRAFTSMAN® products.

Horrible product and app
Stopped working.
Password Issues!
I’m using the Craftsman app for door opening and closing.
When members of my family are sent invites to open the app, and be a guest user.
When they download and register using the app, there has been no prompt or request to enter a user code and password. The app has worked well for them for a time, then, then suddenly the app requires them to enter ‘your I’d and password’ before they are able to use it. Having never set up such information initially, the app will not open!
Their only choice then seems to be to ask me to send the invite again. With the same result.
I called, and the assistant advised that I needed to download a different associated app, blue in colour (versus the Craftsman red app), simply labeled “My Q”. He then issued temporary passwords for the users to enter next time their red Craftsman app gives them a problem as described above!
Someone needs to sort a thing or two out in the software for the Ctafysman app, as this issue is frustrating and led me to purchase and install an outside ‘keypad’ for my family-not nearly as convenient as using the Craftsman app on their phones, and of course less features.
