Cannot download any previous issues

Since my subscription two days ago,I haven’t been able to manage to download any previous issue at all.
And I tried it on two iPhones and one iPad.
The downloading process always got stuck at about 20 to 30%.
Great magazine probably and I hope my kids will love it but as far as the e-magazine experience goes it’s horrible.

I have gotten 5 free issues and love them.
