Crime Junkies, we’ve built a Fan Club app JUST for you. You won’t just be listening to Crime Junkie… you’ll be experiencing it in a whole new way.
We have added a variety of features to enhance your Fan Club experience:
• Ad-Free & Exclusive Episodes - As a Fan Club member, you get access to every wide release episode and every piece of exclusive content within your tier completely ad-free! All of your episodes are organized in one spot, easy for you to listen anytime, anywhere.
• Never Lose Your Spot - The app keeps track of what you’ve listened to and where you’ve stopped. It will save your last play location so you don’t ever lose your spot!
• Filter & Sort - You can filter by category and by episode type in the app, as well as sort by newest and oldest episodes. It’s so easy to find what you’re looking for.
• Interactive Episode Experience - Don’t just listen to the episodes… follow along in the app. While you’re listening, photos in the app will automatically rotate based on what or who is being talked about in the episode. You can also see all of the photos, sources, and information from the episode right in the app.
• Get the Latest Crime Junkie News - Exclusive Fan Club announcements will be available right in the app! Don’t miss the latest from Crime Junkie, including exclusive merch and tour announcements.

Content is fantastic, app needs an overhaul
I love everything CJ and am an avid listener! The app can only be used with cell service/internet connection which defeats the purpose of downloading episodes! At times, it randomly glitches out during an episode and has to be restarted, which is frustrating when listening to older episodes.
Please fix the app!
I love you guys and I love Crime junkie and the extra episodes are great but it skips kicks me out of the podcasts and logs me out so often! It seems like these have been long term problems and it would really be great to see them fixed.

Not Stoked
I love Crime Junkie but I won’t be renewing my fan club membership. First, the app glitches all of the time. It’ll randomly stop playing, I’ll hit play, and then it stops again 15 seconds later again and again until I give up. I’ve been listening to the regular Monday episodes on Spotify because it’s so frustrating.
Secondly, I wish that the currency exchange was noted on the app. I live in Canada and my bank charges me for foreign transactions. So I got charged the $7 instead of $5 (not a big deal) + the foreign exchange fee. Almost every website I use automatically converts the amount to CAD and I don’t get charged a transaction fee.
Lastly, the system should be set up to bill on the same day you signed up every month. I didn’t realize that the membership is set to renew on a specific day each month and I got like 3 days in November before I was billed again for December.
