Okay, but LOTS of room for improvement

Not the worst app, but has its glitches. It does often need to be deleted/reinstalled for no reason, is slow, missing some features for clearing leads and vehicle search. However it does the job with texts and emailing easily, breaks down to-do tasks well and is user friendly so although it needs work the basics are there but the web version us fantastic

Good, but could use some tweaking

The app layout is nice and it’s generally pretty easy to use. One HUGE problem I have is not being able to send photos from the desktop app. It will do everything correctly as if you’re sending the image, once you hit send it’ll do that little refresh thing just like when you send any other message only the image just doesn’t send. Nothing happens, that’s a little frustrating.

Also, on mobile it is nice how when you click on your opportunities it shows the last 20 viewed, however that can also be a bit frustrating and time consuming and I wish that there were at least an option, so maybe you could have a sort option. I personally would like to just be able to click on oops and it’s already loaded ALL of my open events from newest to oldest.
