CRM Mobile allows sales professionals to create and manage leads directly from the sales floor.

This creator did not allow for their customers to set up a NEW account. It automatically assumes that you have an account created and that you can then automatically login; however if you have not sent up an NEW account there is NO to sign into it and therefore, your time and money is wasted.

Sorry to hear that this app doesn't answer your needs. The app itself is free to install. However it's just not meant to be used as a standalone product.
As mentioned in the description, access is restricted to registered CRM Pro users. This is by design. CRM Mobile 360 is a companion app to an entreprise-grade suite of products dedicated to the automotive industry. As such, user management and access policies are managed from a central point. It's a standard security measure for this type of app.
