Alex Crockford, the creator of #CrockFit is a personal trainer & fitness model from Surrey, UK. Alex‘s passion is to help people around the world become healthier, fitter & stronger. He believes fitness is for us all, no matter what our current fitness level or experience is! The workouts in the #CrockFit App are accessible & fun, but will also challenge you to become the best version of yourself!

The #CrockFit App functions as your complete training guide, providing workout programmes suitable for gym or home training, designed to increase your physical fitness, burn fat, gain muscle and transform your body. You are guided through your workout plan with a step-by-step journey, tutorial videos and the ability to track the weights you use during workouts.

Additional features include the ability to upload monthly progress photos and body weight measurements. The #CrockFit App will also provide access to the #CrockFitter’s (the user) additional information such as the #CrockFit Food Plan and the training fundamentals from the original PDFs.

The FREE version includes the ability to try the first week of any of the programmes for home or gym training to experience what it’s like to be a #CrockFitter!

Best app and training plan for home

I’ve never stick around for long at any home training plan. #CrockFit is different. Not only the app and training is well made, Alex and the community makes it fun. I’ve been doing the homefit for three months and start noticing a difference. I highly recommend!

Best Workout App I’ve Found!

This app is amazing! I’ve tried a bunch of other workout apps, but this is The One! The free week trial gives a great idea of what the rest of the program is. It is well worth it!!

It definitely pushes you while allowing you to adjust things to your own level. If you are struggling with the full press up, Alex tells you to use your knees. Safety and listening to your body are key, and it’s awesome that he tells you so in the video tutorials!

Alex has been amazing at getting back when I’ve written to him with questions. He has helped me with individual suggestions and support via email and/or Instagram. Such a personable guy. Super helpful.

The updates and changes to the app have been really good with answering concerns I’ve expressed and have seen other people mention. It really is one of a kind!

Excellent Workout App | 10/10 Recommend

I have tried many different workout apps over the years, but there is only one that I have stuck with. Alex does an excellent job to deliver a user friendly experience with the provision of a number of features such as a built-in workout timer, demonstration videos that play right from the workout screen in case you need a quick reminder of proper form, and a great tracker system to show you your progress in completing each #CrockFit program. Whether you are searching for a solid program to complete on the gym floor, or on your living room floor - the #CrockFit programs have you covered.

Also to note, Alex is a super responsive person when it comes to answering questions about the app, or any other questions you may have - which makes the experience even more personalized.
