PLEASE READ - THIS APP IS AMAZING. 6/5 STARS. After reading some of the reviews, I noticed a lot of anger and one star ratings for (in my opinion) some stuff that could be avoided, but also some disrespectful feedback of people that wanna drag this app down for absolutely no reason. Minor inconvenience? 1/5 stars. Ridiculous. This is my experience with the app, and why i’m rating it 5 stars. The verification system was quick and efficient, the deposit was easy to use and withdrawals are all easily done through e transfer (IMPORTANT : when you guys send your deposit through e transfer, PLEASE include your unique code in the “message” section, or your money will be lost. Dont rate the app one star …. It is difficult for the company to track otherwise which is just common sense) . One time I forgot to write the code, so i sent them a message in the in-app messaging support, got a response in UNDER 5 MINS. I got 100% AMAZING SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. The person named Shawn tracked down my e transfer and gave me a code to deposit the next day. He was kind, helpful, patient, understanding. Furthermore, I sent my deposit, pretty scared at first cuz I never done anything like this through transfer, but I was so surprised when they deposited my funds within 15 minutes of my e transfer when they said it could take two business days which made me feel super comfortable. Theyre efficient. Their security is also top notch and makes sense, you have a pin you choose so every time you want to enter your account you just simply type it in like a passcode. They have 2FA which is so easily setup to encrypt your account. Their business model for their Visa card makes sense, and gives double the rewards of my RBC silver card (1 point for 1 dollar, and yeah, i did calculate it) for only one of the lowest cards (ruby, $500 stake) and they give you free spotify. Whats not to love about your money growing in a new and upcoming crypto, double points and free perks? RBC offers me $25 for spending $5000 of my hard earned money… Definitely going for ruby as a student. Linking my account with the crypto.com exchange was easy for advanced trading, although (addition #1) I wish they had crypto to CAD pairs for their exchange app. Also one con to the app is that (and yes ive tested this glitch and can confirm its this) but when you go to the 3 month timeframe, the app crashes. Thats the only con i can find… and its not a big one, theyre constantly updating the app and adding new features, and i have full faith theyll fix a lot of things. All in all, i actually think its pretty satisfying using this app… it has a certain vibe to it I cant explain. I love the outlay, colours, favourites/analyze tab where you can sort your cryptos, just everything about it makes you feel safe, secure, and reliable. Their platform has direct chat features to customer supporr, credit card usage and authorizations, and crypto exchange all in one. OFCOURSE SOMETIMES IT LAGS, THEYRE PAVING THE WAY FOR THE FUTURE. Sure the platform may need some tweaking here and there for performance like i said, but I have faith through my experiences. CRYPTO.COM PLEASE ADD CRYPTO/CAD PAIRS ON YOUR EXCHANGE :) it would be so appreciated!!! And fix the 3 month timeframe bug!! Would highly recommend to my friends and family!!!!

Scam alert

This is a scam. You use interact etransfer and you do no receive your money. They will keep giving you excuses why your money is not in your account “its because their not giving you money
“ they are just ripping you off. It says it will be processed in 1 hour and they dont process it. If you contact support they say their trying their best to work on the problem but they dont do anything. Risk your money but my advice is using a different site like coinbase or something where you wont be scammed at all.

FIX THIS NOW !

I am a Canadian with a large stake in crypto, but little did I know that Canada is not supported on this app yet. I have no way of width drawing my money. My money cannot be moved out of crypto.com. Fix this.
