A great wheel of cheese takes months, and a salami isn't ready until it has lost about a third of its weight. CureCellar keeps the record that tells you how it's going.
We built CureCellar because aging cheese and curing charcuterie at home means watching temperature, humidity, weight, and time for weeks, and a phone note doesn't cut it. It's the log we wanted for our own cellar: every batch, every reading, every curve.

WHAT CURECELLAR IS NOT - PLEASE READ
- CureCellar is a personal craft log. It is not food-safety advice and does not tell you whether your food is safe to eat.
- Dry-curing meat carries real risks, including botulism. Follow tested recipes, use curing salts and methods exactly as directed by reliable sources, and consult food-safety resources such as the National Center for Home Food Preservation.
- Target ranges in the app are general craft information, not a safety guarantee. Curves are never labeled safe or unsafe.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your batches and readings live on your iPhone. There is no account to create and nothing is uploaded to a server. The curves and weight-loss math run on your device. Face ID lock is available in Settings. CureCellar is designed exclusively for iPhone.
SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
The annual subscription auto-renews until canceled. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours prior. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. The Lifetime purchase is a single charge with no recurring billing.
IMPORTANT DATA NOTICE
CureCellar stores all data locally on your iPhone. Beyond batch-record PDF generation, the app does not include built-in data export, import, or backup. Your data is included in iOS Backups (iCloud Backup or Finder/iTunes) when those are enabled. If you delete CureCellar without an iOS Backup available, your data will be permanently lost.
