Amazing workout

Well I have a whole new level of respect for dancers. These workouts are incredible and make you sweat! Super fun that you almost forget you are working out

Not a workout app

If you’re looking for workout videos. Don’t look here. They don’t encourage or teach proper technique or have well thought out work outs. They use not so positive language like “get a bikini body! Let’s lose weight!” Instead of the point of working out which is getting healthy and feeling healthy…. The lyrical, jazz, and contemporary classes could really use some help too.
