Awesome!
Love how there’s an app now! It’s very straightforward and super easy to navigate. However, it doesn’t allow me to view my purchase history, it says that there’s an error that occurred. If this could be fixed, I would give 5 stars!
Ok not great but still worth the download
The shopping component is pretty good but I wish I could have a way to look for teas that didn’t have certain ingredients (I am allergic to apples so I have to go read the ingredients list of every tea).
BUT I can’t see or track my recent purchases on the app. It just says “oops an unfortunate error has occurred” (even with a new update). If I want to track my shipment I have to go through the “guest” tracking option on the website. Id be worried my purchases were lost by the app if I hadn’t have received a confirmation email. I also always seem to have 0 points even though I spend quite a bit on tea. I don’t know if the point system still exists but if it does it might be cool to show how one goes about collecting points.
I’ll still keep using the app though because I find it more convenient than web to buy.
Ps if anyone from Davids tea is actually reading this please bring back cardamom French toast.
Account not loading
Tried to sign in via google and it went through the motions of ‘creating an account’ when one already exists, can’t view past purchases or wish list. Would be 5 stars if this is fixed
