Some time cannot connect to the camera. I must reinstall the app on my phone and connect the new camera again. I will give 5* after fixing the app
It works now
If your Live Preview is blank screen, go to your iPhone settings, find ddpai and click on it. Turn OFF Cellular Data and keep Location Network ON. Check if the preview is working now. If not, one more step, go to wifi connection and see if ddpai is connected. Click on the circle i button on the right, choose FORGET THIS NETWORK. And reconnect ddpal with Password. Everything should be working fine. But why support do not guide people to fix this so many complaints? Discount 1 star.
Real time display is missing after update
I have updated the DDPAI app recently and the real time display disappeared suddenly for my Z40 dash cam, it is no issue for previous version, please update the app asap
