Inaccuracy on road speed limit

App is great although EVERY single time I drive home down one road AT THE SPEED LIMIT they changed 3 months ago it figures I was speeding even though I’m driving in cruise control at the limit posted

Okay first of all. Be sure to secure your phone on a stable place, because if it’s in your pocket and move you’ll probably get the worst note. Secondly, your friend cannot use your phone while you drive, automatic failure. If your phone drop of the stand, automatic failure. Be sure to know that even if you do your stop, accelerations and drive the speed limit, you might fail. You are stuck in traffic and cannot move, well you might fail too (seems you can do speed in trafic so your score will lower). Worst thing is when your score lower when you are not driving. I haven’t used my car for a month (because I worked from home and make deliver everything I needed) my score lowered for no reason. When I complained they told me not to bother that if I drive correctly my score will go up. Well they where wrong because even if I am not driving it keeps lowering for no reason… so I went to 90 to 77 in a year even with 3 star review when I was driving… seriously Desjardins is already expensive for car assurances. Like one of the most expensive….. even with this useless program it’s still in the top. If I could I would give it 0 star. And don’t bother complaining because ALL their answers are nonsense. Like: we are not evaluating your driving skills…. They legit told me that 🤣 when it’s the basic of ajusto…. Just change your assurances and don’t go with them, complete waste of time AND money!

Hey I don’t know if someone is experiencing the same issue as I…The app won’t show my long trip if it’s good (no incidents), but if it shows it I noticed that the trip has some incidents (speed or braking). That’s totally scamming that’s how I see it! My percentage didn’t change since long time ago and I have made good trips…If my payment increase I will cancel everything including my home insurance. I may probably sue the company because this app is kinda garbage!!!

Hey I don’t know if someone is experiencing the same issue as I…The app won’t show my long trip if it’s good (no incidents), but if it shows it I noticed that the trip has some incidents (speed or braking).
