The whole experience was disjointed, didn’t really know what was happening, deliver was held up on customs, then one part was delivers and the other. Week later.

Doesn’t work as expected
3 times I’ve gotten packaged delivered by DHL and all 3 times the app couldn’t find waybill or tracking info. The same info on their website produces instant results and loads of options but the app is a complete waste of time.

Hi Chimera911. The app is meant for DHL Express shipments with 10 digits waybill number only, and does not yet work with other DHL divisions' tracking numbers. Please email us at dhlexpmobileappsup@dhl.com for more information. Thank you.
App crashes
I tried to pay for custom fees but every time i try to, the app crashes.
