Dial a Bottle® offers one hour home delivery for beer, wine, liquor, champagne, spirits, liqueurs, cigarettes, snacks and pop! We will deliver beer and liquor to all our service areas in Canada and the United States! We'll even return your empties.
Simply order using your app and we'll do the rest! We'll bring it to your door—deliveries in less than an hour!! That’s IT!
We are the original and we became the largest beer and liquor delivery service in Ontario. Today, Dial a Bottle® is expanding across all of North America.
Many years ago, someone came up with the great idea of quick home delivery of beer. Now you can easily order by phone, online or using your smartphone. Simply provide us with the necessary information that we'll ask you when you order. One of our professionals will purchase your items at the local beer or liquor store and deliver them to your front door!
Each Dial a Bottle® territory is independently owned and operated by licensed business owners (A.G.C.O. in Ontario).

Terrible Service
Awesome if you like waiting over 2 hours and then dealing with snippy delivery women
Subpar Customer Service
I had called to cancel an order as I didn’t receive an estimated delivery time on the app or my confirmation email. It was my first time using the app so I didn’t know. I called to cancel as I wasn’t sure if it’d take hours or would even be delivered the same day. The woman I spoke with continued to interrupt me (“order number, order number, what’s the order number?!!”) continuously sighed in annoyance after I had asked to cancel the order, and was overall just rude. I kept things straight to the point but it didn’t matter, she just continued to show how annoyed she was. If you’re not able to follow basic responsibilities of being in customer service, you shouldn’t have a job that requires you to do so.
Excellent Service
I have been using Dial a Bottle for several years now. I have noticed that there are some bad reviews here. I just don’t understand why there are some negative reviews. I have always found the Dial a Bottle staff to be very friendly, professional, dependable and punctual. The Dial a Bottle app is also very intuitive and easy to use. I am so grateful for this service and the reasonable price they charge for delivery. It is just so convenient for everyone!
