Improvements Good

This app is much better than when it originally started thank you for making good changes.

Still some bugs

They advertise the Touch ID unlock for the app but it won’t work unless you turn it on in settings, and every time you log out for more than a few days it resets this setting so you have to punch your pin in again. Same with the quick view. Where it is supposed to show your balances before you login, most of the time it just says something about tip: go to your settings to enable quickview. Well I’ve done that about ten times and it always resets or doesn’t work.

Fix

It was good before the update, now I can’t accept e transfers or be redirected to the app.

Hi Jagy 39,
We are sorry to hear that your experience with the new app hasn’t been ideal.
When accepting an eTransfer for the 1st time since our digital banking transition, instead of selecting the Diamond North Icon, please go to the bottom and select the province as Saskatchewan and the credit union as Diamond North.
It will then prompt you to open the app or the website. You can then resume using the Diamond North Icon for any future eTransfers.
