App sucks

First you have to sign up to get a code to buy a ticket online. Then I received all of their promotions but no code. My friend bought me the ticket instead but the only way for me to get the ticket from her is to download the app which I did. Then I have to add my friend on the app , then she sent me the tickets and I got it through my email and went I pressed view tickets, the dice app opens up and said cannot find tickets.

Legit worst app and procedure to simply get a ticket. I get that its supposed to discourage people from reselling but its such an inconvenience. Now I had to message the support team to help me get my tickets. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone honestly. By far the worst ticket purchasing experience Ive ever had.

Hi there, all DICE tickets are stored in the DICE app in the form of a QR code that can be activated on the day of the show. This prevents the tickets from being resold using third-party websites, which can inflate the ticket market, causing fans to have to pay more than face value for tickets.

Unfortunately, we cannot see your name that could be linked to your DICE account, so we cannot search for your email in our system in order to get back to you. It seems like we'll need to update your phone number on your DICE account.
