To better meet your needs, our in-app purchase options include both pay-as-you-go and subscription-based plans. If you choose a subscription-based plan, the subscription will automatically renew each month unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings. Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.

Good Program w/ Good Reporting
I’ve tried a lot of email services and I really like that this program funcions more like an app, than a browser based service; it makes you feel more in control. All the fancy templates are nice, but I haven’t tried that part yet. It is fast, responsive, and the mail merge tags work very well as does the import feature. I am finding though, that less emails are reaching my lists than they do with Mailchimp and Campaigner (head to head). Final verdict is yet to be made and I’ll stick with it. I do like the GUI more than any other I’ve ever seen. Keep up the good work, guys.
Amazing
Listen, I rarely write reviews, but I literally opened up the App Store to find Direct Mail to write a review. This app is AMAZING. As a user of MailChimp and ConstantContact (and others), this thing has it all. Excellent templates, service, scheduling, user interface, list management, integrations, and reporting. Stop looking around and get this.
Costly
It is downright very costly, 9.99 per mnth would have been perfect. I have used this for many years just because its Mac. Also it doesnt have any ios presence yet other thant the stamp which is of no use finally.
Above all templates are not exciting at all, severly boring! BUying the smtp version doesnt guarantee delivery of emails. Most of the time emails dont even get delivered.
NO PHONE SUPPORT even after paying such a hefty fees!

The latest versions of Direct Mail include all-new templates that look great on all devices and are very customizable. If you haven’t already, you might want to take a look.
If you are sending your email via a third party SMTP server, we don’t have any control over the deliverability. Most of our customers prefer using Direct Mail’s built-in delivery service instead, which makes getting your emails delivered a snap. If you have any questions about it, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
