Description
Dispatch Science’s Delivery Management System Driver app.
Enables couriers and parcel delivery drivers to receive orders with optimized routes, pickup and delivery instructions and much more. The app lets drivers capture proofs of delivery, scan barcodes, and communicate with their dispatchers.

- Icon Change on Create Order: The icons to create Orders when tapping + in the Order List from the Driver App are changed to be 2 distincts icons
- Signature Workflow Step Improvement : The signature page can now be used portrait or landscape. The Clear and Confirm button are well delimited to be easily able to tap one or the other
- Automatic Offline Mode: If Driver has not reconnected in 8 hours, offline banner will turn red

Ratings and Reviews
Reliable but not the best
Its easy to use, but few more tricks and it can get 5 stars.
Using this app for deliveries more than an year, the one thing I dislike is that driver has no control over the optimisation of the route.
Most of the time it creates a route which makes no sense, for an example i have to go up and down and the same road multiple times.
This app is created to keep the driver on the road for longer period of time, I used circuit App for comparison and on an average a driver can save upto 30 minutes to an hour, more time on the road means more usage of gasoline= less money in the driver’s pocket.
So as a driver please give us the option to optimise our route for more efficiency.
Please bring dark or night mode as at night the screen is too bright.
Optimization
The optimization is horrible! Have been using this app for over 4 months through the delivery company I work with. There is a lot of other delivery apps that do a better job with route optimization.

The security features have allowed us to grow our business with new clients.
This app helps reduce and eliminate driver errors at delivery.
