This app has some great ideas to help practice coping tools and strategies for mental health. It would be of benefit to anyone looking to practice self-care and support their mental health.
A very practical tool with wide range of applicability
I have recommended this app to a few clients, and have used it myself, and would highly recommend it as a practical tool to add to peoples tool kits. Love that it generates customized coping skills that can truly support people in a variety of challenging situations!
There is no downside to this app! If you want to be self aware this app is great
We are often so busy in life that we ignore our senses. This app give everyone a chance to get in touch with these senses in a straight forward way. After present senses are identified, suggestions are made by the app to either enhance or curtail/refocus.
This app is useful for everyone. You don’t need to be neurodiverse or mentally struggling to be influenced by its positive and achievable suggestions. It’s great for all ages.
I see this as a particularly good use for parents, educators and for caregivers of those experiencing Dementia. Tracking both their own senes and helping to document those that are being cared for. In the case of non-verbal and non-readers there are symbols that can help identify the senses.
There is no downside to this app!
