The page in the App Store is totally misleading.
Yes, you can download the app for free. And they do warn you that you have to sign up for an account on the website. What they don't tell you is that the application actually sells for $299.00. Now the application might actually be worth that for someone. I know that it isn't for me.
I was looking for an inexpensive OCR application. Free? Hey, that would have been nice.
$299.00?
Forget about it. I'll check out the other options in the App Store, there are a lot of OCR applications that are less expensive than this one.
