Keep up to date with the latest news and access our webcams to watch your pup play with their BFFFs (best furry friends forever). In a rush? Easily request a Dogtopia employee to greet you at your car when you arrive and assist you by bringing your dog into daycare for you (select locations only).

Pretty Good.

Works well, I can watch my dog from home and wherever there is wifi, the app layout is pretty easy to understand.

Great helpful app.

This Review is only regarding the app!

The actual service my puppy receives at the brampton is 5 stars in my opinion.

Regarding the App
1. This app on my iPhone 10x and my mother’s IPhone 6 only shows an orange screen.

2.When you first enter in your credentials and sign in the app does take you to a different screen.
You have to close the app to reopen and then that’s where you are brought to a blank orange screen.

*temporary solution for iphones*
You have to slide your finger from the left edge of the screen towards the right and it will slide open a menu.

Click on something in the menu like dashboard and the app starts to work as intended without the blank orange screen.

Unable to verify if setting up appointments and such work yet.

Will update review if problem is resolved.

Fantastic app and staff

I called to book my Meet and Greet, which was helpful as I had many questions before bringing my fur babe to a New Daycare. The staff were great and had me download the Dogtopia App. while at the location, to ensure I was approved immediately and I knew how to use the webcam. I have already booked several visits and look forward to seeing my pup on days we cannot be together. Great App.
