DomestIQ is a simple way to solve all housing and utilities issues in one application.

There is no need to look for the phone number of the dispatching of a housing management company, stand in an endless queue to pay for utilities, get confused with paper bills and payment receipts or take time off from work to call a plumber.

Use DomestIQ to:
• Send applications to the housing management company for the repair of the entrance of the house and apartment
• Pay utility bills and overhaul fees
• Call a specialist (plumber, electrician or other specialist), schedule a visit and evaluate the implementation of the application
• Order additional services (cleaning, water delivery, equipment repair, balcony glazing, real estate insurance, replacement and verification of water meters)

• Enter readings of hot and cold water meters, view the statistics of the counters

It is quite simple to register:
1. Install the DomestIQ mobile application.
2. Enter your phone number for identification.
3. Enter the confirmation code from the SMS message.
