Impeccable customer service
The customer service is AMAZING! If the resturant ever makes an order mistake, Dosta WILL go out of their way to fix it, and even REFUND you if that’s what it takes.
I wanted to order from a restaurant that’s not in the app so I order from the restaurant for pick-up on the phone, and placed a Dosta colis order for its delivery to me. I texted Dost about the situation and they paid for the order for me during pick-up, and i paid them back + the delivery cost during the delivery.
