I didn’t know how badly I needed this app until I got it. I don’t think I’d feel so in control of my own health without it, it’s changed how I interact with my practitioners and also my expectations of them. Our relationship with our healthcare practitioners should be a partnership, having access to this info ensures that they view it that way too.
Age requirement
I am a disabled 17 year old living independently and could really use this app, but because i’m not 19, I can’t. Really unfortunate, should be more accessible
