Time Saver

Dot Loop saves me hours of time and miles of driving Love it

Awful Customer Support / Buggy App

The app has been buggy for 8 years, but the support used to be okay. Now it is still buggy and support is bad.

Every 30 days I have an issue with billing. The billing through Apple doesn’t work at all, there are always issues with Canadian postal codes, though they fixed the latter now.

Anyway what prompted my review was my last 3 calls with support. Two yesterday, one today. The first was the rudest customer support ever, the second pretty bad, and today was not good but not as bad.

It felt like arguing with a teenager all 3 times. Constantly interrupted, gaslighting, belittling, refusing to acknowledge the company has issues and not the customer (just today the support said someone 3 calls prior had the same issue yet was rude??). If you’re in Canada, don’t even bother. Being stuck without premium in the middle of stressful deals while dealing with rude support is not worth $45/m.

Hate it

Every time I get documents I try to print them and they never print I have to go back and ask people over and over and over again to email me directly it is very annoying
