Best Application of the Future

I tried several apps, must always enter series and repetitions it is long and boring
Must do our own calculation of max 1 rep Training has become a routine and not a pleasure until Dr Muscle arrive

No need to break your head, you enter your basic data and app will start your training for you, it becomes your personal trainer

It suggest your series so that you progress as quickly as possible without to complicate your life (Or rather your training)
the more you progress the more the app will help you to maximize your potentials so don't wait no more and passes into the applicatio of the future
you will be surprised of the results
