Challenging, smart and adaptative

I’m an old school ex powerlifter with lots of experience and their smart Science and AI based workout is keeping me challenged and is helping me break through multiple plateau.

The guy who has the app has been super helpful too, had a few questions and interrogation and he was quick and thorough in helping me getting started and understanding the reasoning.

Tl;dr: great for those who want a personnal science based training app

Not enough flexibility to customize your plan

Enough time to understand its not flexible enough to set up what I have been doing! Very experienced as Lifting for 6 years and my plan has worked for me many time to build muscle and win a medal even. I wanted to test this but it doesn’t worked for me! I am happy to test again when I change sports to bodybuilding! More care and attention would need to be put in! I may try carbon! Thanks

Best app ever
