Challenging, smart and adaptative
I’m an old school ex powerlifter with lots of experience and their smart Science and AI based workout is keeping me challenged and is helping me break through multiple plateau.
The guy who has the app has been super helpful too, had a few questions and interrogation and he was quick and thorough in helping me getting started and understanding the reasoning.
